WaW not launching nor opening console. pluto launcher opens. upon selecting waw to play. Loading is started om curser then nothing happens. restarted computer 3x. Has anyone had this happen before. what works?

I downloaded ugx map manager. and also requiem from it. which has controller support for xbox 360 controlers. works w/ my xbox one... an also such works well on other maps so far.
