@xMartrel try cloudflare warp... sounds like you are having a connection error between you (your network/ISP) and plutonium's update/download servers.
You can try to reset your router/switch to ethernet/wifi/mobile hotspot, change DNS, use VPN etc... Cloudflare Warp seems to be the thing that fixes it for most.
