Open console and type the command:
r_flameFX_enable 0
That should fix it.

Como que resolve 'erro the server you tried do join is not ready.try joining another serverI had the same error message. For me it was because I was running the server on the same PC with the client and I had started the client first. My server had automatically switched to port 28961 and connecting via this port worked.
connect 127.0.0.1:28961
