Is everyone having issue in in Black ops 2 or is it just me whenever i start the game and click on Online its says connecting to online services and Than error screen pops up but BO1 is running just fine if it was a firewall issue why is it not happening to BO1? please help i love BO2 and play it with friends but cannot get it to work somehow for the past 2 days

Guys I tried playing iw5 with my friends and wanted a private match with them but the one friend that was on PC was able to Play with me By enabling Upnp and everything but when the friend that was using a laptop did it he could not join us and we could not join a server made by him?? Any solutions or suggestions because my laptop using friends are not able to play in a private match with me in iw5 .
