i've been playing this for a very long time and my favourite map is origins but there is a little thing that annoys me

losing perks when going down.
so is there any way to make it possible to keep perks after going down i know it make the game easier BUT I NEED IT

i've searching ALOT for a health bar mod for black ops 2 zombies.
all i can find is health bars that aren't even bars
PLEASE provide a link for a health bar mod which is a actual bar not a number.
