this is my version windows 8.1 it worked earlier then I installed windows again because the windows was having some issues but then it didn't worked when I open it nothing happens no matter how many time I click it even opening as admin didn't help I deleted everything on my pc related to plutonium reinstalled the plutonium launcher but the launcher still didn't open
