Why didn't you simply add a comment stressing (again) that no support for Win7 will be given by the staff, instead of hiding the only guide that shows that the game can run on Win7?

Apart from that, I wouldn't consider creating a link from xinput1_3.dll to xinput1_4.dll as dangerous as fucking with system files in other ways, like deleting things.
it doesn't matter how "severe" it is.
we don't want ppl to use win7
we don't support outdated software like win7
we don't want ppl to use "workarounds" either as it only dumps more work on us
