@IceFozzy You should probably start by stating what CPU, GPU and how much RAM your system has. Without that, we will never know if it's supposed to run at 10fps or if it's mistakenly running at 10 fps.

@IzzyIce make sure to select a folder that contains a valid mw3/bo2 installation in the launcher.

@Quintheo same. I select my folder bo2 after set up and the updater just shits itself and refuses to work.

@KarimAbdouu Well the dlc files include a main and a zone folder and your mw3 game folder also contains a main and a zone folder. Merge them.

Click game settings beside play on the launcher, and select your correct bo2/mw3 folders.

Make sure he forwards 27016 to 27020, which is a good safe range to use. When trying to connect try using any of those ports within that range to connect. And make sure you're using their correct external IPV4 address, which can be obtained by your friend by them Googling "What is my IP".

@tomatoboy you did not select the right directory make sure you have either bought the game and have it downloaded or go to steam-library-tools and have the mw3 dedicated server downloaded
