What you're witnessing is simply false positives. Computer Protections that do not know about the files will presume that there is something like Trojan for example inside. Do be assured that there is nothing to worry about and that Trojan is not on your computer from downloading Plutonium Software.

@Jhon which file called mw3? You just merge the main and zone folders from the dlc download with the main and zone folders in your mw3 game folder.
