Not at the moment, it's on the bug list, just not too high in priority.

If you're connecting to EU based servers, then yeah your ping sounds about right. Vex server is pretty good for USA.

I've moved your thread to the support section, please post in the correct section in future. This is normally caused by a firewall problem, who is your ISP? As a workaround: Just keep trying to open the launcher and eventually it will let you in.
