setplayerdata experience 420 => 420 XP (you need to either google the XP, try it or calculate it)

setplayerdata is a rather mighty command so don't play too much around with it if you are not ok with resetting everything.

Open the console with the tilde key (between Escape and Tab) and enter /cg_fov 90. Maximum is 180.

Sadly, it's already been said that spec-ops is not being worked on at the moment. In there future it's a possibility, but not certain. It requires a lot of work so don't expect it any time soon.

You did not give me any information about your crash. I don't know whats causing it. Ask in discord. I just develop the client, I am not experienced resolving issues for people.
