@Voldson Can you fire [email protected] an email with your non VPN'd IP address? Then let me know once that's done? Your IP may just be caught in one of our IP blocks - you could also try turning your router off for about 5 or 10 minutes and then checking if your IP changes. @Pistakilla Thank you.

@Young-Ev Try installing redist. Just open the batch file and it will install all necessary components inorder to start the launcher/game. Also do you have an av (antivirus)? if so what is it? Any other errors provided a screenshot.

What antivirus do you use? Try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium and running the launcher again as admin.

The above is the correct answer, it's a false positive and the reason we suggest adding Pluto to your AV Exceptions as part of the install instructions. If you don't know which AV you have, it's probably Windows Defender.

@Ivan-Drago try just restarting your pc. If it still doesn't work try deleting the file manually (C:\users\yourusername\appdata\local\plutonium\bin). If it still doesn't work exclude that folder from scanning in your antivirus software, if you use defender you can follow this video guide https://streamable.com/5giauo.

@NOXSYS So ok I finally fixed I can now login after I set my DNS Server in my Fritz Box to 1.1.1.1 now I get this error when I try to strart the Game. I launched the Game via the plutonium.exe [image: 7cSbHHJiQL.png]

@HannesC wow that really worked, thx... idk why it did that cuz earlier it was working fine even with the firewall turned on.
