No installing DX9 won't work, xinput1_4 is only shipped with Win10 and not the older OS's. @VultureAid You're on an unsupported OS, upgrade to win10.

Even disabling it won't work, you gotta uninstall that shit.

@Dss0 The file is located in here: G:\games-library\plutonium-library\blackopsii\plutonium.exe I synced my system time, and still the same thing happens.

Delete that, and redownload it from https://piry.plutonium.pw/piry.exe. Anyways, you're on windows 7. It isn't supported, upgrade to windows 10.

Try adding pluto to exclusions, delete %localappdata%/Plutonium and try launching pluto again.

Does any message appear or is it only at 137%? This particular file is one of the largest, so it’s normal to stay on that number for a while (it usually doesn’t crash, it just takes a while to download)

You're simply getting a false positive. Do be sure to make an exception for plutonium and do not worry about AppCore.dll
