@Eumphoria in addition to what cooliox said make sure the torrent (if you used that to download the game) isn't still running (seeding) in your torrent client, if it is remove it.

@nico13 try: if you downloaded the game via the torrent and still have it loaded in your torrent client remove it (right click -> delete). redownload the launcher from here and run it as admin https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe. change your dns servers (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10)

@slaying Pause the torrent if it's still seeding in the background. Was there a duplicated .new exe created as well? Delete both of them, redownload it from http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe and run it as admin.

Hi, in order to help us help you we need quite a lot of information: What where you doing when the game crashed? Which map and game mode where you playing? Do you have any mods installed? In case you crashed on zombies, which difficulty did you play on? Do you have any overclocks applied? Do you have any DirectX overlays? What Exception Code did you get? What Exception Address did it show? The dump file (check %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plutonium\crashdumps)

This has been discussed internally before, there is no definitive answer about that from us nor the other projects (yet).

@tycho2710 post a screenshot of your game folder and the game settings in the launcher.

@denes delete plutonium and plutonium.new and download the launcher from here https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe then run it as admin.
