@ImESC0B4R Hit Win+R, type winver and post a screenshot. Also what antivirus do you use? @I_Like_BO2_ Appreciate you helping out in the forums but saw you posting the same solution in multiple posts - it doesn't work like that. Different errors have different solutions.

Run plutonium.exe to update your game. You probably have plutonium-launcher-win32.exe pinned in your taskbar and launching it from there - don't do that. Unpin it and pin the original launcher instead and always use this to launch the games (https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe).

Stop seeding the torrent if you're still doing it, delete plutonium.exe and the .new one and redownload the launcher from https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe.

@Ricaliffo covered here https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/6832/common-launcher-issues-solutions Maybe you ran it before we switched to the plutonium launcher? The launcher requires a graphics card that supports dx11 (on a hardware level, doesn't matter if dx11 is installed on your pc).
