@seebazz yes Plutonium is safe and all servers are hosted by players. Some servers are hosted by staff member but there's nothing special about it it's like regular server hosters. There are no official Plutonium servers in game. The security exploits he is talking about are on Steam and are all patched on Plutonium https://plutonium.pw/docs/improved-security/

He most likely launched the game in LAN mode on the launcher. Click the yellow box next to play.
