Managed to fix it. I deleted the t5 and demonware folder from AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage and successfully connected afterwards.

ok found something i created my binds in game after this i go to C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t5\players right click on config_mp.cfg properties and do read-only next time if u start game just type exec config_mp

Yeah, this is a super bummer because I really don't want to have to remake my classes and emblem and such every time I boot up Black Ops 1.

They did this on purpose. Most people playing these old games are veterans, I assume, and over time, the voices are more annoying than entertaining. Especially if you like to get to high rounds and you keep hearing your character say the same lines over and over again

The server joining issue could also be related to a completely different issue that we're aware of and working on: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/22931/exe_error_modifying_session. This is a server-side issue, however it shouldn't be happening on all servers. good chance it's happening on more than half of them tho.
