@take0ff doesn't matter, this will also fix the steam version. You can't use steam's repair feature as it wouldn't repair the dlc related files as you don't own them.

No, sadly that didn't work either. I checked IW5 (which I downloaded yesterday), that one seems fine, the one class I made is still there. I also checked T4 (which I downloaded LONG ago), that one seems fine as well. It's only T6 that I'm having problems with, and I just yesterday tried to reinstall the base-game again on steam and reinstall qBittorent and plutonium and it didn't work. I don't really know what else I can try to do.

Yes, but you mustn't inject the mod, you have to do it by copying the .gsc file in the t6r folder. Search for whatever mod you want to use and follow the guide as long as it doesn't include injectors. If you use them, you will trigger the anti-cheat.
