@_Kojil For those reading this topic, mine was instantly fixed when i changed my resolution to something bigger and then changed it back to what i had it at.

I was able to solve it, I had to download the game graphics directly from the settings, although it seems strange to me since the campaign mode ran me high

Make sure you don't have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background, quit them if you do. Also upload the dump to gdrive and post a link here.

Try writing r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart in the bootstrapper cmd window.
