You can manually connect to their IP (provided they have the right ports forwarded) via the console.

You can also play on French Orizon servers, you can use the .vk command to kick a player if you dont want other people joining command prefix: .vk [player] (also not sponsoring the server btw I just play on it all the time)

@MADDX1 downloading dll files is never a good solution. Delete the file you downloaded and install all vcredist's from the redist folder in your game folder.
