@Qnite-Sativial I've read it 2 times and you didn't mention that you tried to download the dlcs again. You only mentioned "i tried several times" which me (and of course many others) thought you simply paused and resumed the download and it was still stuck at that same percentage. With that attitude, I'm not gonna try helping you anymore. Best of luck.

@VictorTmelo_ To add to what has already been said the only way to get banned by Steam is if you try to actually fake your license (try to trick Steam into thinking the DLCs are in your library) but having some files in your game won't even be detected by Steam. Basically the game will start, see that you don't own the DLC and won't even bother scanning for DLC files so there is no risk at all.

PC is too slow to load a map before the server disconnects you. Get a new HDD/SSD.

Change the language through Steam if you own the game.

The problem is, i am opening the plutonium launcher but it just tells me to re open the launcher update. I already tried it. But thanks for the updater. :^) I just tested it and it wasn´t updated. Thanks for the file.

@zer01k You can make a GSC mod that enables cheats for you for every match you host.

One solution would be to map Home to F24 while playing using your keyboard's software, and just bind F24 to prone.
