This issue (with the sensitivity), in my experience, tends to happen when your mouse's polling rate is really high (for CoD anyway). I used to have it on 1000hz and got the same glitch but at 125hz it works perfectly fine. Changing it depends on your mouse's software but there are some programs out there that allow you to change it for any mouse. It was the antivirus. I already disabled it but it still didn't work after that so I was a bit confuised. I had webroot installed so I just went ahead and uninstalled it. works now, so thanks!

Type r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the bootstrapper cmd window and try getting into the game again.

@omg-i-fakin-hit Doesn't matter if you disable your AV, some still keep operating in the background. Hence why I needed to know which antivirus you had. McAffee/Webroot are known to cause this issue, if you have any of these AVs, uninstall them.

@Lucho0 Have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background? Quit them if you do. Also try doing this - https://plutonium.pw/docs/repair/ If this still doesn't work, upload the dump to gdrive as stated in the error and post the link here.

Wdym t6r like most people? You followed our install guide right? Then you should be good. As for the error, screenshot it - we need the full error.
