Hello! Srry for answering this late. I solved it by simply udpating my nvidia drivers with driver. So if anyone bumps another topic with this, you ahve one more solution Have a nice day!

@hyodoukun It downloads the Plutonium files (around 200mb iirc) I don't think you can download only certain files you need them all but cmon 200mb..

@SoteloAIJ download and place on your desktop this file https://github.com/ChxseH/Redist-Installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.bat then start it and let it install all required redists. Once it's done delete the file and restart your PC. You should now be able to play. If this doesn't fix the issue then install Direct X from Microsoft's website

Ah yes, Avermedia's capture software / driver is one of the programs we know of that does did. Kinda ironic that a capture card tool tries to hook DirectX. Glad you have found it.
