@Sumit-Sikder there is no matchmaking, join a dedicated server via the serverlist that opens as soon as you start the game. If you close it you can re-open it with F10 or the home button.

to Close the Console, Press this Key ~ it should be on the left top of the key board, SO look at the top of your keyboard and turn left to see the Key ` or ~ those two symbols will be in one key, Hope it helps you!

So go and choose the "Find Game" thing and once you have chosen a mode and map go to console by pressing ~ and then type exactly this "xpartygo" once you do that, it should load up, then again with the Console you can type in "spawnbot" and then you can fight against bots and earn camos and kills to your Stats

definitively could default to Sort By Lowest Ping first on every loadup of the server list window- tired of pressing sort every time; not to mention the exposure the servers gets to high ping noobs who join when only seeing the game in the higher rounds

@LeoDayJanero delete steam_api.dll from your game folder if it's present do you have any overlays (msi afterburner/rivatuner/...) if yes disable them. post a screenshot of your game folder right click your start button -> system -> scroll down so you can see "Windows specifications" and screenshot that upload the .dmp file to google drive and post the link here

no. go buy the game on steam. the point of plutonium is to provide a better multiplayer experience, not a solo one.
