Ok guys, I solved this problem by updating my Windows, I had Windows 8.1 pro, I updated it to windows 10 pro and I could already use Plutonium

@Dss0 Hey Imma be honest, I wasnt sure about how gpu functioned, so then I saw that its not an issue. And yeap my gpu aint the best, I was worried, cause this is my first pc, so I'm still new to a lot of things. Nonetheless thank you for your answers and support. I feel way less worried than I was.

@UsernameIsTaken https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/7/custom-games-with-friends explains a way using upnp that CAN work, if it doesn't you're gonna have to forward the port. If the people in your match really wanna get your ip tho they can, no way around that as they connect directly to your client.

@Dss0 i run launcher as administrator . but in zombies i can't level up . in servers and solo and custom not working. my level was 5 . came down to 4. Are there any specific criteria for level up ?

yes and it still doesnt work, multiplayer works fine for most servers but i cant connect to any zombies server.
