@Aros1616 that isn't related to plutonium itself. The server you are trying to join runs iw4madmin (a cod server administration software) that has a plugin that detects vpn's. Sometimes the api it uses falsely flags an ip as a vpn ip. Your best bet is to contact whoever runs that server.

What are those certain files? If you're missing game files you will have to reinstall. Are you able to share an error message with us?

If it's your antivirus, just adding the plutonium.exe as well as %localappdata%/Plutonium to exclusions should solve your issue. Unless it's a shitty AV like McAfee, avast, etc then you should uninstall it.

I said screenshot your game settings of the launcher. Please use a good translator such as DeepL if you can't understand English properly. Add the .new file to your antivirus's exclusions and try running it as admin. If this doesn't work, delete both of the launchers redownload it from https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe
