Account banned for no reason

My friend named waqettt got IP-Banned for no reason.
HannesC please look up my friends name. his name is waqettt and he installed the game literally THIS MORNING!

Ich hab Plutonium selbst kurz wieder gezockt und hab mich dazu entschieden, meine bros einzuladen und mit denen zu zocken. mein 2ter kollege Ahmed hat sich nen account gemacht, installiert das game eben, startet das game und da steht etwas wie "Your account was temporarily suspended due your gamertag resembling a gamertag of a person who had been banned." Und dann hat er einen 25 tage bann bekommen.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn der ban aufgehoben werden könnte.- He NEVER played COD anywhere.
- He got his PC 1 month ago.
- He installed the game today for the first time in his life.
- He didnt even START the game.
- He doesnt have any siblings in an age where theyd play any games or PC stuff.
- His account only exists since today morning!!!!#
PLEASE unban him!!!
We wanna play together but he got banned JUST FOR HIS GAMERTAG BEING waqettt!!!

Sounds like he got banned from a game server and not from Plutonium.
I looked up the user ID (4551925) for your friend and literally nothing pops up when I search for his user ID when it comes to any AC punishment at all.Could you get a screenshot (not a photo) of the message?

My frient got banned based on his gamertag "waqettt".
We could send evidence of the ban, but we woud have to recreate the scenario again, which would result in an even longer ban than the 30 day ban he got now.What i am suspecting based on the fact that hes never played the game, he just created the account and he got his pc 1 month ago is that his hardware might be banned!
You suspect a server ban, which would still be odd, since he never played on a server or even joined a server!
If you mean the BO2 servers, then that would explain the penalty right after trying to launch T5 whilst already in plutonium.
When banned on plutonium, one wont even be able to sign in with the account, correct?Much love,
