Sending heartbeat

Hello, i know one/two sending heartbeat is normal, but after 1 hour of my server running It just says sending heartbeat nothing else,:

Farzad Either the server died internally or your established connection on the backend did.

Type in status on the box. If nothing shows up. the server is dead. exit and let the server open again if you have auto restart bat file
