This Steam account doesn't seem to be linked to any account, are you sure you're logged in to this account when linking? Are you using the forum or the launcher to link?

I took another look and it is actually linked to a different account (which does share an IP with your account). If you own this account, you can unlink your Steam account from that one at https://forum.plutonium.pw/me/edit
