I took another look and it is actually linked to a different account (which does share an IP with your account). If you own this account, you can unlink your Steam account from that one at https://forum.plutonium.pw/me/edit

Unfortunately I think I've forgotten what account that would be & would not know the email for it, any chance you could unlink it for me?

i sadly have a similar problem i just bought bo1 and it says that the steamacc is already used on some other plutoniumacc how do i fix this?
