Launcher won't launch the game

This problem just started yesterday. It was working fine then I got on to play zombies and when I clicked play the launcher just freezes and closes after about 30 seconds, i've downloaded the directx files and redownloaded the game multiple times. https://youtu.be/umkhS2qI-6M - Video of the problem

HannesC Yes I already did that and i'm currently using mcafee i believe

Uninstall that shitty antivirus, restart your pc. Add pluto to defender's exclusions and launch Pluto again.

The same thing happens to me, but unlike sm I don't have an antivirus and I don't know how I can solve it, any ideas?

Lando BJ Norris Are you on windows 10? If the launcher freezes then exits itself after clicking play, it's likely you're missing DX9 runtimes https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
