Error whilst launching client

I double click the client to open, but nothing happens. No error message, nothing.
I've tried downloading the things that are already said to fix this problem, but nothing works.

Hit Win+R, type winver and screenshot it. Also what antivirus do you have?

and i'm using the windows defender one
i also tried joining the discord to ask for help, but it wouldnt let me, ive never been in there before so i couldn't be banned? my username is "Slater#8360"

So you double click plutonium.exe nothing happens? Can you check the size of the file and write it here? Also try adding plutonium.exe to exclusions in defender.
P.S. Found a Slater on the ban list, you were banned for abusing staff.

4.02 MB (4,221,392 bytes) thats the size of the application.
The app is already added to the list in defender, I also turned off the defender completely but nothing happens again.
Oh, I don't recall being in the discord at all?
