Can't hear DLC voicelines or announcer, and item names are the file names

When I play the normal maps I can hear the announcer and voice lines, but if I play Orgins or buried, I'm unable to hear voice lines or the announcer. When I look at wall weapons or perks, the file name shows up. If I look at a Remington on the wall it would look something like zm_remington.fl. I've tried doing zombies_minplayers 2 but that didn't work. Any solutions?

I did what it said and the voices still odn't work for me. -
voice lines have always been broken does not effect easter eggs when trying to do them
