Shotty rank and perma perks (HELP PLEASE)

Dss0 I was talking about for the perks. When you get down you keep every perk and get more points with snipers. I use to use it until I reset my pc and now I don't have the user folder??

uniqorn It is no longer saved locally. Means your stats aren't being saved on your computer. They are saved on a cloud. Mean plutonium has it stored somewhere else that isn't on your computer.

uniqorn just go into the game, access the plutonium console, and then write “unlockall” and then you unlocked everything, if not, i dont see what your problem is
