about renaissance mod

some day ago i saw on youtube someone playing the renaissance mod on black ops 1 (plutonium version)
so i install the mod and all but when i load up the mod the game crash, is there any fix? or its not supported yet? -
same no clue how they got it to work. It does not work on b01 or waw for me
