Host a server then, or pay someone to do it for you. Servers are hosted by the community. Didn't you already know that?

Plutonium is not a product or service, it's a tool.
If only a few people in NA use it it's not our fault.
If you think more NA servers should be up then feel free to host some yourself. Plutonium doesn't host servers, it's "just" a tool -

You could also grab a friend or two and join the same empty server ; )
