it’s supposed to have Cold War features
you might be able to change it in the gsc scripts

GerardS0406 Is there any chance you'll release a script file to change the point system back to how it is in the base game. Even if I could find the part of the gsc files that changes the points (I tried) I wouldn't know where to begin
