no open my launcher

What happens is that I already download the game but I try to run the launcher and it won't let me, what do I do?
I already have everything updated directx and I even opened it in administrator but it won't let me open it -
Hit Win+R, type winver and screenshot it. Also what antivirus do you have?

i don't have antivirus is a windows defender

Juanessc1203 that version is too old, you need 1607 or later. Also windows defender is antivirus software.

The solution is to run all windows updates. Plutonium supports win10 ver 1607 and later but for your own good you should update all the way to the latest(20H2 I believe) or atleast a more recent version.
