I had recently downloaded the software Bo2 Toolbox and was messing around alone in a solo player game. I'm wondering why that resulted in a ban and how cheating in a solo game to mess around is an infraction.

you used a third party tool that modifies game memory you did not launch in lan mode which lead to a bad we do not do unbans for this stuff.

and next time use lan mode which to toggle by hitting the up arrow next to play
