Can't run BO2 help

Hello there Plutonium community, i am having a problem here trying to open BO2 for the first time (downloaded by bitorrent). Its tells me that i'm missing some importante Plutonium files, here is the screenshot of the error

elmanuu7788 try deleting the launcher (plutonium and plutonium.new) and re-downloading it from here https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe.
If it still doesn't work try changing your dns servers (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10).
