Cannot start T6 Multiplayer

Hi, I'm having problems trying to start T6 MP from Plutonium (image error), I tried to fix it with the tutorial (https://plutonium.pw/docs/repair/) but it doesn't seem to have worked.
Is there any other solution or cause?

xGabrielUC install directx from the redist folder in your game folder (redist/DirectX/DXSETUP.exe) also try updating your graphics drivers.
You have dx12 but the game uses dx9 so you need to install that. -

I just updated the drivers and installed "DXSETUP.exe", the error persists

- open the start menu and search for "cmd"
- run cmd as admin
- execute the following command
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth- after dism has finished repairing your system restart your pc

everything I can see on the CMD when I open the game is:Loading fastfile code_pre_gfx_mp [DW][Auth] Handling authentication request... [DW][Lobby] Handling hello request...
