Please help, whenever I launch plutonium I get this error:

Anyone help, I tried installing visual c++, didnt work then uninstalled it and then added the two files to system32 and still didnt solve error.

Make sure to install both, x64 and x86, versions and restart your PC.
Don't download some random dlls and put them on your system.
