Banned for no reason by the anti-cheat

I'm a competitive player who plays tournaments on plutonium. I have never injected anything nor have I ever modded. I've had Plutonium downloaded for a year now with 0 issues. The only thing I've changed in the files is that I've downloaded camos. I was in a custom games free for all and we ended it. when I tried to join back I couldn't and so I task manager quit the application. when I opened plutonium back up it tried to make me log in (I never have to log in) and when I logged in it said I was banned for 7days. I know you guys don't unban and that's fine. my worry is that once I'm unbanned in 6 days the anticheat will still think I'm cheating and perm ban me. if I could get an admin to look into a specific reason for my ban that would be great. Thank you.

Any new background programs you have running or overlays. Like ReShade that users use to make the game look better is detected by the anti-cheat, because any kind of injection or messing with memory gets detected

RedxSkull i wasn't running anything in the background besides discord, maybe stream labs obs, and maybe chrome at the time. I've never injected anything. idc about the ban. im just afraid that since i actually wasnt even cheating that once i get unbanned it will reban me bc nothing will be changed.

i would check again to see if you have some unwanted app running in the background , anti cheat wouldn't ban someone for no reason unless something was injected into plutonium

Memeking254 wish someone would actually look into this instead of accusing. I'm not like the rest of the people that say they got banned for nothing and are salty. I'm not salty I got banned at all. I did nothing to get banned and so I'm afraid that once I get unbanned, it will ban me again bc I don't have any cheats or injections to take off my files.

if you're very hesistant of loading up the game after being unbanned , i'd advise you to factory reset your pc if you wouldn't wanna take the risk unless, you can find the issue causing you to be banned. Im also not accusing you of purposely injecting for malicious intent.

ps9 i know you werent but others were, im sorry. but the problem is that i literally just had to do a factory reset on my PC last week right before i downloaded pluto again. ill try to attach a ss with all my files. i litterally have hardly anything on my PC

i reset my Pc on the 17th. vivaldi is a web browser. the rest is camos, discord, geforce etc..
i dont have anything that could be used to cheat or anything. thats why im confused

RazedonBread Plutonium staff unfortunately don't really do unbans. I can't really say that they'll unban you due to them having the logs.

WolflexZ yeah someone told me they dont do unbans and im not asking for that. i just dont want to get banned when i open plutonium again in a week and it still thinks im cheating or something. i just did a PC rest on the 17th of this month and i havnt downloaded anything besides the main things i need. thats why im confused on how this happenned.

WolflexZ is there anyway I can get an admin/staff to help me figure out an exact reason for my ban? Like software or something that caused it. I genuinely did nothing to deserve this. I can’t believe it happened.

RazedonBread I am unbanned and i have reinstalled plutonium and bo2 to ensure that nothing in my game files will cause me to get banned. wish me luck bc if i get perm banned i might lose it lol!!!
