How to make a Custom Texture Pack?

I saw a lot of High Round Attempt Players using custom textures, for example custom PaP Camos, Claymore, Perk Icons, HUD and on Maps like Five there were playing custom videos on the TV screens. I would like to do my own, is there already a tutorial for that, and if not could somebody please explain to me how to do it?

main/one of the iwd files
extract it then change the iwi to dds -
