Please remove Windows 8.1 from the list of compatible windows versions.

Windows 8.1 isn't supported by plutonium, especially with the number of dll and execution errors even with all required libraries.

You failing to get something working doesn't make that software unsupported
You need the latest version of Windows 8.1 with all required redists installed from their official websites -
imsarahh mate just upgrade to windows 10 or 11 already. It's not hard to get rid of the bloatware.
