BO1 Zombie Counter, Health Bar, and Timer GSC Script

I am looking for a mod/script/gsc/patch to enable Zombie Counter, Health Bar, and Timer.

I have tried a few and they either have not worked or are too laggy to be enjoyable. Namely the following:

This is what I envisioned/saw on YouTube but I haven't been able to tp replicate it.

Any help/tutorial is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
