codmw390 This website wasn't loading on my wifi until I turned in my mobile data and registered an account using my mobile. I registered 2 accounts but the launcher has the same problem!

Make sure you are running plutonium.exe and not the launcher directly and try again.
If that doesn't help navigate to%localappdata%\Plutoniumand delete config.jsonXerxes I tried this but it didn't work, instead something that I should have thought already, I simply run it as an administrator and it worked.
