Using a VPN sometimes worked but sometimes didn't. Used proton free VPN with varying success. -
Nyneee Mr. Android Update: Proton VPN let me through like the previous user just explained.
Tried to see if disabling proton VPN while I'm logged in will keep me in, and it does for about 3 minutes until I get "You have been disconnected from the Black Ops II servers"
I did testing using TCPView and when the VPN is enabled, the plutonium-bootstrapper is able to connect to the IP just fine, when it's off, it loses the IP completely.
I'm not a networking expert but I'm able to ping the IP and get a reply from it just fine, so I'm not sure where the issue lies at

Using a VPN solved my issue, will continue to try periodically with/without VPN to see if anything changes. Shout out the plutonium team, we appreciate your hard work!! -

Would not be surprised if Telstra has blocked connections to Plutonium under the assumption its a malicious connection -

Nyneee Would you (and anybody else who has tried a VPN successfully and unsuccessfully) be able to download Cloudflare WARP and install it, run it and connect and then see if the connection is able to be made when opening BO2?
WARP is essentially a VPN through CloudFlare and hopefully whatever is stopping the connection through CloudFlare is fixed when it's going via CloudFlare.
Download Link: https://install.appcenter.ms/orgs/cloudflare/apps/1.1.1.1-windows-1/distribution_groups/release
Servers in theory shouldn't see WARP as a VPN so if this works please try playing on a server and see if you get kicked for using a VPN.
If this works, we can look to tell WARP to only route your internet traffic through WARP if it's related to Plutonium - I just haven't looked up how to do that yet. (So the privacy focussed people don't have to send all their internet traffic through CF if they don't want to)
