this is my problem when i want to open luancher
The program cant start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling program to fix this problem

WeeDStaRRR install the vcredist's from the redist folder in your game folder.

WeeDStaRRR you could try installing all windows updates. Officially pluto supports win10 only tho.
