I get this error when I try to run BO2 from plutonium launcher, please help

Pilegaz It's definitely a missing runtime issue, you are on win10 right?

Pilegaz can you open event viewer (start menu -> search for event viewer) and look for that error in windows logs -> application, if it's there highlight it and screenshot the window below the events.

It says: Popup Application: plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe - Application Error: The application failed to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close it. -
